My passions in life are : creating dance, sharing dance and spreading my love for it as much as I can. My slogans in dance are the same as in life : #nojudgement and #danceloud. When we judge, we put up a barrier and are unable to see the full potential of a project, of others or of ourselves. To dance loud is to perform with every fibre of your being. All in. Heart. Soul. Mind. Letting go. You can call me passionate or you can call me crazy - take your pick - but this is how I roll.

Teacher
Lynsey Billing is the founder of Scream Dance Academy in Montreal. She has been dancing for over 40 years and has been teaching for 30. She has a bachelor of fine arts from Concordia University in contemporary dance and trains in a variety of styles in Montreal, New York, London and Toronto. Her specialties are lyrical jazz, contemporary, hip hop fusion, Diva Style (a signature style she created based on various techniques, creating a community and building self-confidence see article below), broadway jazz and she has trained in many styles including Scottish Highland dancing, ballet, pilates, yoga, animation, whacking and so much more.
